Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday: 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
Friday: 6:00 am to 8:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the UM-Dearborn Wellness Center has halted all activity and the facility will remain closed throughout the Fall 2020 term.
The Wellness Center is open to all current University of Michigan-Dearborn students, faculty and staff members. Your UMID card will serve as your membership card and is required upon entrance.
The facility was upgraded in the winter of 2020, as a Mondo flooring surface was installed in the workout area, enhancing the overall performance and quality of the UM-Dearborn Wellness Center. One of the racquetball courts was converted into a golf simulator for use by the Wolverine men's and women's golf programs in early 2020.
The Wellness Center features a variety of cardio equipment. This includes treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes and rowing machines. It is also equipped with free weights up to 100lbs, Cybex weight resistance machines, plate-loaded bench presses and two powerlifting platforms.
Men's and women's locker rooms are also available with daily-use lockers. Locks are available at the front desk. There are also two racquetball courts and a dance studio where many of our fitness classes are held.
UM-Dearborn alumni and sponsored adults of current members may purchase a term pass for the Wellness Center. The cost for the term pass is $25.00 and may be purchased at the front desk of the Wellness Center. Current UM-Dearborn faculty and staff members can purchase a term pass for $20.00 or $60.00 for a year. Payroll deduction forms are available at the Wellness Center front desk.
