Howard Inch named Interim Head Golf Coach

DEARBORN, Mich. - Howard Inch was elevated to Interim Head Coach of the UM-Dearborn Men's and Women's Golf teams in July 2019 as the team prepares for its first season of competition. 

Inch has served as a head golf coach for the last 20 years, starting with at Fordson High School then moving to Dearborn High School, earning multiple Coach of the Year honors. He has held the title of head coach for five different programs at Dearborn High School in his career, including baseball for 18 years, recording 312 career wins.

Inch is a 1987 graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn, receiving a Bachelor's of Science Administration. He earned his Master's of Science Administration from Madonna University in 1994. He worked as a teacher at Dearborn High School from 2001 to 2016.
