DEARBORN, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's golf team concluded the fall portion of the 2019-20 schedule at the Motor City Invitational hosted by Wayne State University Sunday and Monday at TPC Michigan in Dearborn.
The Wolverines finished 16th in the field comprised mostly of NCAA Division II programs, carding a two-day score of 714 (363, 351).
Ryan Gniewek led the Wolverines in 56th place with a 165 (84, 81) followed by Nick Metaxas in 71st with a 171 (89, 82). Logan Willoughby was 82nd, while Mike Mercier and Nolan Stele each tied for 83rd.
The Wolverines will return to action in the spring of 2020 to continue the first season in program history.
