Quinn Osgood is entering his fifth season as an assistant coach for the UM-Dearborn men's and women's cross country teams.
Osgood completed a successful career as a member of the Wolverines from 2011-14 and was a part of the inaugural UM-Dearborn varsity team after the program was elevated from club status. He was named a three-year captain and is a former school record holder in the 8k, with a time of 27:07.
Osgood was selected as the Wolverine Champions of Character Team representative three times (2011, 2012 and 2014) while earning multiple NAIA Scholar-Athlete and WHAC All-Academic Team awards.
In his time as a coach at UM-Dearborn, Osgood has helped double the size of the program and helped former teammates Ryan Pickell and Alex Krasuski each break the 27-minute barrier.
Osgood, a native of Livonia, Mich., graduated with a BSE in Bioengineering and Engineering Math in 2014.
