TOLEDO, Ohio – The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's bowling team competed at the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Jamboree No. 3 hosted by Lourdes University Saturday at Southwyck Lanes in Toledo, Ohio.
The Wolverines finished sixth out of 13 teams at the event, which was won by Aquinas College. UM-Dearborn finished with 6.540 total pins, including a game score best of 961 and a Baker Set best of 768.
Aaron Stubbs led the Wolverines in 24th individually with an average of 193.50 (774 pins), including 223 pins in game one. Mark Bilancetti was 27th with an average of 191.25, while Stephen Strzalkowski was 37th at 182.25.
UM-Dearborn is off until the New Year when the Wolverines compete at the American Heartland Intercollegiate Bowling Conference II on Jan. 25-26 at Lebanon Lanes in Pittsburgh, Pa.
