Bio
Wilson is in his first year at UM-Dearborn. Jeff is an accomplished assistant baseball coach, most recently spending time with Rochester University from the 2020 through 2022 seasons. With a rich background in both sport and leadership, he brings a unique blend of discipline and strategic thinking to the diamond.
Jeff's coaching expertise covers various facets of baseball, with a particular emphasis on hitting mechanics and comprehensive player development. After taking a hiatus for the 2023 baseball season to attend Graduate School, he is channeling his passion for baseball into academia, pursuing a Masters and Doctoral Degree in Kinesiology/Sports Administration for the College of Health and Human Performance at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.
A former two-sport college student-athlete at Grand Rapids Community College in football and baseball, Jeff is a United States Navy veteran and a graduate of Rochester University, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Sports Management and minoring in Strategic Leadership.
Jeff's commitment to excellence and diverse experience make him a valuable asset to the University of Michigan-Dearborn program.
Jeff is a native of Auburn Hills, Michigan.
