DEARBORN, Mich—The 19th ranked men’s ice hockey team returned to action for the first time since November 20th, and the rest appeared to help the offense find their groove. UM-Dearborn scored 12 goals in the two games as they swept # 20 Lawrence Tech in a home-and-home Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference series. On Saturday at Lawrence Tech, sophomore Brendan West had a hat trick while freshman Chance Mathews had two goals and an assist as the Wolverines won 7-1. Seniors Billy Brock and Mathieu LaForest each had three assists in the game. Sophomore Kayden Pickles made 24 saves in earning the victory.
