DEARBORN, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn volleyball team struggled with errors on Saturday (Oct. 12) against the Madonna Crusaders. The Wolverines made 55 errors in a 3-1 loss at The Fieldhouse.
After the Crusaders took the first set 25-19, the Wolverines seemed to settle in as they flipped the script and took set two 25-19. Madonna would take advantage of timely errors from the Wolverines, winning the following two sets, 25-19 and 25-16.
Kielee Tondryk led the match with 11 kills, hitting .156. Jill Paryaski was the only other Wolverine to have a positive kill percentage, as she put down six kills in 17 swings. Kenzie Mertz led the match with 21 digs, while Regan Rose finished just shy of a double-double with 31 assists and nine digs.
