UM-Dearborn Golf Competes at LTU Fall Invitational
Cameron Grant shot a 74 on Friday (Sept. 26).
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. -- The UM-Dearborn men's and women's golf teams were in action at the LTU Fall Invitational this week, testing themselves against a strong field of WHAC and regional opponents.
On the men's side, Cameron Grant led the Wolverines with a solid round of +3 (74) to finish tied for 19th overall. Luke Richter carded a +10 (81), followed by Vinnie DeFelice at +12 (83) and Jason Cuppari at +18 (89). The group showed steady progress as they continued to gain experience in a competitive early-season slate.
For the women, Kristen Guobis delivered a strong performance with a round of +9 (80) to tie for 5th place individually, pacing the Wolverines against a talented leaderboard. She was followed by Kaitlyn Creps at +17 (88), Megan Rogers at +18 (89), and Sydney Kendall at +62 (133).
