Game One: Michigan-Dearborn 7, Spring Arbor 2
UM-Dearborn wasted no time setting the tone, plating three runs in the opening inning and never looking back. Braylin Grueter got the scoring started with an RBI single, while Kendyl Gearhart followed with a two-run knock to give the Wolverines an early 3-0 edge.
The offense remained consistent throughout, adding two runs in the fifth on a clutch two-RBI single from Kaleigh McClelland before Katelyn Postuma broke the game open in the sixth with a two-run home run to right center.
