Avery North Named WHAC Bowler of the Week
North earns his first WHAC Weekly award of the season and second of his career.
DEARBORN, Mich. -- Avery North of the University of Michigan-Dearborn men's bowling team was named WHAC Bowler of the Week after winning the individual title at AHBA #4 this past weekend. The league made the announcement on Monday, January 12.
North rolled a total of 1,162 pins in a five-game series to win by 21 pins. The sophomore from Ypsilanti, Michigan, earned his second WHAC weekly award in as many years and helped his team to a second-place finish at Waterford Lanes.
