Rochester Hills, MI - The volleyball team just cannot seem to solve the Rochester College Warriors. For the third time in two weeks the Warriors have knocked off the Wolverines. In the first two matches, it went five sets. On Monday night, it went four sets as Rochester won 26-24, 25-21, 24-26, and 25-22. The loss knocks the Wolverines record to 7-25 on the season.
Senior Nia Martin led the Wolverines attack with 15 kills while junior Brittany Yanos added 8 kills along with 12 digs. Senior Emily Tjapkes had 39 assists and 12 digs in the loss. The volleyball team will head on the road Wednesday night as they face Lourdes University at 7:00pm.
