DEARBORN, Mich. – The University of Michigan-Dearborn men's soccer team dropped its WHAC opener Saturday, falling 9-2 to Northwestern Ohio at Gabriel Richard Turf Field. The Racers built a 4-1 halftime lead behind two early goals from Eguzki Hashimoto, while Noah Carmona netted UM-Dearborn's first-half tally. The Wolverines added a second goal in the 57th minute on a UNOH own goal but could not slow the Racers' attack, which scored five times in the second half.
