DEARBORN, Mich. -- In a high-scoring contest at the Fieldhouse, UM-Dearborn Wolverines kept pace early before Madonna Crusaders used a dominant second half to secure a 119–92 victory on February 18.
The Wolverines came out strong, shooting efficiently and taking a narrow 43–41 lead into halftime. Logan Hamama led the charge early and finished with 25 points, while Collin Miller added 21 despite a tough shooting night from beyond the arc.
Madonna responded with a decisive offensive surge after the break, erupting for 78 second-half points while shooting over 64% from the field and 72.7% from three-point range in the final 20 minutes. DeAntwan Randall led all scorers with 34 points and 13 rebounds, while Ahmoni Weston orchestrated the offense with 19 points and 12 assists.
The Crusaders controlled the interior throughout, outscoring UM-Dearborn 66–40 in the paint and finishing with a 48–32 rebounding advantage. Their depth also proved impactful, contributing 39 bench points.
