Goldobin Named WHAC Attacker of the Week
Abigail Goldobin totaled 36 kills this weekend, including 23 in a win over Northwestern Ohio on Friday.
DEARBORN, Mich. – University of Michigan-Dearborn women's volleyball outside hitter Abigail Goldobin has been named the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Attacker of the Week, the league announced Monday.
Goldobin powered the Wolverines' offense with two strong performances, totaling 36 kills over the weekend. The senior led UM-Dearborn to a thrilling five-set victory over Northwestern Ohio on Thursday, recording 23 kills while hitting .231 in the win. She followed that up with another efficient outing at Indiana Tech, notching 13 kills while swinging at a .345 clip.
A consistent two-way presence, Goldobin's all-around play continues to pace the Wolverines on both sides of the net as the team pushes through WHAC play.
This marks Goldobin's first WHAC weekly honor of the 2025 season.
