DEARBORN, Mich. – The No. 6-ranked University of Michigan-Dearborn women's ice hockey team continued its unbeaten start to the 2025–26 season, rolling past Indiana Tech 5–1 on Saturday night at the Dearborn Ice Skating Center.
With the win, the Wolverines improved to 10–0–0 overall and 5–0–0 in the CCWHA, while the Warriors fell to 5–7–0 (5–3–0 CCWHA).
Cadence Pero led the charge with a goal and two assists, earning the game's first star. Grace Adriaanse added two goals, including a short-handed tally in the third period, while Taylor Spence and Andi Evers each found the back of the net for the Wolverines.
UM-Dearborn dominated the second period, scoring three times in a seven-minute span to break the game open. Spence buried a power-play goal at 9:45, followed by Evers just 54 seconds later.
Goaltender Nicole Alexander turned aside 16 of 17 shots to earn her fifth win of the season and was named the game's third star.
UM-Dearborn outshot Indiana Tech 34–17 and went 1-for-2 on the power play while killing off three of four penalties.
